Guests often write “Avanza” or “Alphard” first. At Bali Tour Adventure in Jimbaran we ask for seats first. The listing on Our Fleet shows a recommended number and a max without luggage. Bags are what turn a seven-seat line into a four-seat day.
How to read the seat line
Each car has two numbers. Recommended is the comfortable day with bags. Max without luggage is the ceiling if the boot is empty. Driver, fuel, mineral water, and the 10-hour window sit in the published rate either way — seats do not change what is included, only which model we send.
Tell us luggage if you are more than four. That decides the model more than the day length does.
Most of the fleet is a recommended four
Avanza / Xenia, Avanza Facelift, Suzuki Ertiga, Innova Reborn, Terios, Expander, Toyota Fortuner, and Suzuki APV are all listed as recommended 4 (max 7 without luggage). The names change the 10-hour figure, not the seat rule. Four people with bags fit these lines. Six or seven with suitcases usually do not.
Alphard is tighter, not bigger
Toyota Alphard Series is recommended 4 (max 5 without luggage). It is the higher 10-hour listing, not extra rows. If you need more than five people, look at Hiace or Elf instead of stretching Alphard.
When the group needs a bus
Toyota Hiace is the small-bus line: recommended 10 (max 14 without luggage). Isuzu Elf is the bus: recommended 14 (max 16 without luggage). Send the headcount and the bags on WhatsApp so we do not book a minivan for a group that needs the bus.
